If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

We process refunds within 2-4 business days if the terms outlined below are met.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Refund Policy:

• Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Chartered Studies, a brand owned and operated by Bharatverse EdTech Pvt Ltd.
• Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
• Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from Us.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Website refers to Chartered Studies, accessible from www.charteredstudies.in and its associated subdomains.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 2 days without providing any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 2 days from the date on which you received the Goods or when a third party you have appointed (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

How to Request a Cancellation

We will process your reimbursement within 2 days from the date we receive the returned Goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the Order. A cancellation fee of ₹500 or 20% of the order value (whichever is less) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Conditions for Returns & Refunds

For the Goods to be eligible for a return/refund, please ensure that:

• The Goods were purchased within the last 2 days.
• The Goods have not been used, nor has any benefit been derived from them.

Non-Refundable Products

The following Goods cannot be returned or refunded:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
• Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have an expired validity period.
• Digital products, test series, e-books, online courses, recorded lectures, and subscriptions once accessed or utilized.
• Any discounted or promotional products/services.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the conditions above, at our sole discretion.

Refunds will be processed within 2-4 business days once approved and will be credited to the original payment method.
